We offer a unique service where by the chefs can discuss their product ideas with us to develop and can even come to our factory to see our facilities in use.
Our company name originated from our base in Beaumont Hill Farm in Tanworth-in-Arden. The farm was established in 1715 and in that time a small bakery and abattoir have been operating to supply the local community.
Our chefs have a world wide experience in the Patisserie business from working in small family restaurants to large patisseries, cruise ships and state of the art luxury hotels in the UK and around the world.
Our head Patisserie chef was born in Bulgaria and studied as a pastry chef. During his studies he worked in a patisserie production unit that used to supply various food establishments in the local area. He learned to cater and produce the highest volume of pastry and desserts. 12 years ago he came to the UK and took a Patisserie Chef role before moving to a successful Hotel to become a Head Chef.
We are passionate about creating delicious, tasty deserts using only the finest ingredients sourced from Local suppliers. Our eggs come from a local free range farm and our impeccable Chocolates are made using high quality cocoa beans.
Our main markets are hotels, restaurants, conference centres, football clubs, and sporting clubs. We deal only with trade customers.
